111th and Pennsylvania

111th and Pennsylvania is a four phase, approximately $700M investment. This project will include 58 for-sale townhomes, 912 multi-family units (12.5% intended to be workforce housing), approximately 430,000 square feet of office space – intended to line Pennsylvania Ave, two public parking garages with solar components, and a public park/plaza. The TIF generated from this project will be used to finance the free public parking garage and infrastructure improvements. This mixed-use development will transform this area of the city.

The Carmel Redevelopment Commission is partnering with Pedcor Companies on the development of this project.
