KAR Global headquarters building is an $80 million office building with 250,000 square feet of office space and a 700-space parking garage. The parking garage was funded by the future commercial taxes from the project (TIF), ensuring that adjacent land would be used for future headquarters instead of sprawling surface parking. KAR Global increased the assessed value of this parcel by 130,945%.

Construction began on this project in February 2018 and was completed in summer of 2019. The CRC partnered with KAR Auction Services on the development of this project.
