The Proscenium is an $85 million, mixed-use development that features the 100,000 square-foot Agora office building, 197 luxury residential units, 11,800 square feet of retail space, and an additional 3,730 square feet of office, surrounding an inviting public green space. The project also features a 22-unit, for-sale condo building, the City’s first modern, owner-occupied project of this size.

Future commercial taxes from the project (TIF) were used to construct a 450-space, podium-style, free public parking garage.

The Carmel Redevelopment Commission partnered with Novo Development and Lauth Group, Inc. on the development of this project.
