Shapiro’s Phase I

The Shapiro’s Phase I project contains 11,408 square feet of retail space and was completed in June 2002. This project was one of the first redevelopment projects in City Center and replaced suburban sprawl with New Urbanism design and beautiful architecture.

The Carmel Redevelopment Commission partnered with Brian Shapiro on the development of this project.

Shapiro’s Phase II/Cornerstone Commons

The Shapiro’s Phase II project contains 18,656 square feet of retail space in the center building and 5,048 square feet in the corner bank building. Construction of the bank building commenced in September 2003 and was completed in July 2004. The center office building was completed in 2006.
