The Zotec Partners national headquarters project is a $47 million project that includes a 120,000 square foot modernized office building and a 484-space parking garage. This project broke ground in April 2019 and completed in 2021.

Future commercial taxes from the project (TIF) were used in part to finance the construction of a roundabout.

The Carmel Redevelopment Commission partnered with Zotec Partners on the development of this project.
