Old Meridian Apartments is an approximately $60M, five-story, mixed-use development including 266 luxury apartments, 8,000 square feet of office/commercial space, 10 for-sale condos, a 378-space public parking garage, and will include a solar component. The TIF generated from this project will be used to finance the free public parking garage. This mixed-use development further enhances the redevelopment along Old Meridian Street.

The Carmel Redevelopment Commission is partnering with Cross Development on the development of this project.
