Old Town Shops I

Old Town Shops I is a $5.5 million, mixed-use development that includes 6,850 square feet of retail space and 20,789 square feet of office space. This project broke ground in 2005 and was completed in 2006. Old Town Shops I was one of the first redevelopment projects in the Arts & Design District, contributing to the revival of the east side of Main Street through New Urbanism design and beautiful architecture, creating a vibrant, walkable destination.

The Carmel Redevelopment Commission partnered with Pedcor Companies on the development of this project.

Old Town Shops II is a $4.8 million, mixed-use development that includes 3,338 square feet of retail space and 11,052 square feet of office space. This project was constructed in 2006 and was one of the first redevelopment projects in the Arts & Design District, contributing to the revival of the east side of Main Street through New Urbanism design and beautiful architecture, creating a vibrant, walkable destination.
