Pedcor Square is a $31.22 million, five-building, 100,000 square-foot office complex that is home to Pedcor Companies headquarters. This project sits on a 211-space parking garage.

Construction of the first building commenced in 2003 and the final building, Pedcor Office 5, was completed in 2018. The Carmel Redevelopment Commission partnered with Pedcor Companies to develop Pedcor Square.
