Hotel Carmichael

Hotel Carmichael is a $58.5 million, 122 guest room, Marriott Autograph Collection, luxury, boutique hotel with over 5,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel features a French fare, fine dining restaurant, Vivante, and Feinstein’s, a cabaret. Hotel Carmichael has been in Mayor Jim Brainard’s vision of downtown Carmel since the late 1990s and is a capstone to a multi-decade development plan for the City. Hotel Carmichael serves as a catalyst for continued economic development and tourism for the City.

The interior of the hotel welcomes guests and local residents alike with its timeless architecture, two grand lobbies spread across two levels connected by a grand staircase, and its ode to the Great American Songbook, connecting the hotel through music to the Palladium and The Center for the Performing Arts, just west of the hotel.

Hotel Carmichael was developed by CCC Boutique Hotel, LLC through a public-private partnership between the Carmel Redevelopment Commission and Pedcor Companies. Construction of Hotel Carmichael commenced in November 2018 and it opened in August 2020.
