Magnolia is a multi-phase development that will include six condominium buildings with five units per building, for a total of 30 for-sale condos, and multi-family residential on the corner of City Center Drive and Rangeline Road. This project will complement City Center and replace suburban sprawl with New Urbanism design and beautiful architecture.

The Carmel Redevelopment Commission contributed the land for the development of this project and is partnering with Old Town Companies on this project.
