Parkwood Crossing
Parkwood Crossing office complex consists of seven, 3- to 6-story office buildings with a combined 793,188 square feet of office space. In addition to the office complex, this redevelopment area also includes a 303-room hotel and two restaurants totaling 14,499 square feet, one east of North Meridian Street, and one west of North Meridian Street. Additionally, located west of North Meridian Street is a 10,942 square-foot bank building, an additional 184,657 square-foot office building, and a 155,928 square-foot, 660-space parking garage.
The majority of these buildings contributed to the TIF generated from this development. Future commercial taxes from the project (TIF) were used to fund roadway improvements, utility improvements, ROW acquisition, engineering, and design.

Parkwood East
Parkwood East consists of two five-story office buildings, one built in 2002 that contains 204,126 square feet of office space, and one built in 2005 that contains 204,762 square feet of office space.
Future commercial taxes from the project (TIF) were used to fund roadway improvements, utility improvements, ROW acquisition, engineering, and design.
The Carmel Redevelopment Commission partnered with Duke Reality Corporation on the development of this project.
