The Signature is a $78 million mixed-use development that includes eight owner-occupied condominiums, 295 luxury apartments, 15,000 square feet of office/retail, and a 374-space free public parking garage. The TIF generated from this project will be used to finance the free public parking garage. This mixed-use development further enhances the redevelopment district at this intersection.

The Carmel Redevelopment Commission is partnering with Tegethoff Development and Great Lakes Capital on the development of this project. Construction commenced in fall 2021.
