Nash

The Nash is a $10 million, three-story, mixed-use building located just south of City Center Phase 1. The Nash includes 30 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments on the second and third floors, roughly 10,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, and 42 underground parking spaces. The TIF generated from this project was used to construct the underground parking for The Nash.

The construction of The Nash continued the New Urbanism design, beautiful architecture, and further enhanced the walkability and pedestrian scale of City Center. The Nash increased the assessed value of this parcel by 4,264%.

Construction commenced in 2013 and was completed in 2015; the Carmel Redevelopment Commission partnered with Pedcor Companies to develop The Nash.
