Mélange is a $30 million residential project that includes 45 for-sale luxury townhomes and 12 for-sale flats along the Monon Greenway. The project transforms underutilized parking lots into a vibrant urban neighborhood and will feature a public courtyard. Mélange’s prime location along the Monon Greenway and just south of City Center will provide residents with all of the conveniences of urban living and will complement the success of City Center.

Future commercial taxes from the project (TIF) will be used to finance utility relocations, roadway improvements, and general infrastructure.

This project broke ground in the spring of 2021. The Carmel Redevelopment Commission is partnering with Onyx + East on the development of this project.
